A recent extension to the range of butcher’s knives on offer, designed mainly for fans of classic products with wooden handles. The handles of these knives are made using exotic Bubinga wood, also known as the African jacaranda. The rich colours and interesting patterns of this wood are combined with hardness and strength. Blades for this series have been manufactured from high-quality stainless steel T5MoV with molybdenum and vanadium additives to improve the service life of the blade edge and achieve higher hardness (54 – 56 HRc). The longevity of these knives is also aided by avoiding dishwashers. These should be washed with soap and wiped dry with a dishcloth.
