Knives of the Trend product range differ from standard products, especially by using high quality steel with addition of molybdenum and vanadium. These elements ensure higher hardness of the blade (minimum 54 HRc, standard 55 HRc). They have a traditional riveted attachment of the handle to the blade, which rules out that the blade would break from the handle. These knives are designed to meet the most demanding requirements. They can be washed in dishwashers. Knives of the Trend product range are sanitary and were positively evaluated by the state testing lab.
