This traditional series of famous knives has recently re-joined the KDS product range.Premium-quality butcher knives made of conical stainless steel N6MoV with added molybdenum and vanadium, tempered and then cooled by liquid nitrogen technology down to -196°C to gain better mechanical properties, higher resistance to wear and corrosion, as well as improved blade hardness (by almost 2 HRc - up to 57-59 HRc). The modern ergonomic handles finished in a dark green colour reduce the amount of effort required and improve work safety. These knives are dishwasher-friendly.
