This series of knives therefore boasts perfect cutting properties, a higher resistance to corrosion and an excellent blade edge lifetime. The minimum guaranteed hardness is 52 HRc. These knives are notable for their perfect balance to facilitate the preparation of foodstuffs. The split handle is made of high-quality plastic with a high heat resistance. The surface finish of the handles ensures the removal of all unhygienic gaps that may occur between the metal and plastic handle components. The ergonomic contour of the handles prevents the hand slipping towards the blade edge. These knives are dishwasher-friendly, although this cleaning method is not recommended due to potential blunting.
